REVERSING AIRFLOW SYSTEMS

Glascock Reversing Airflow Systems use 2 pairs of PLC-controlled dampers to switch or “reverse” the direction of airflow moving across racks of plates (back and forth, from left to right, then right to left) based on a set time schedule programmed in the PLC.

This pulsation of airflow results in a more consistent curing process and a faster drying process — optimizing overall curing chamber performance.

Reversing airflow systems are highly recommended for AGM plate curing in particular — and they can/should also be considered for flooded plates.

HEPA FITRATION SYSTEMS

4-Stage HEPA Filtration Systems remove 99.97% of lead in air.

These systems can be mounted on the top of a new or existing curing chamber — or on the roof of a battery plant — to process the lead dust ridden air exhausted by curing chambers and other machines.
